Regulations

BERTH 1-A (berthing starboard side) - product loaded : crude oil

1. DWT : 80,000 – 170,000 mts
2. LOA : 232 m – 290 m
3. Parallel body length : min 105 m
4. Sailing draft : 19.0 m bw
5. Free board in loaded condition : min 4.8 m
6. Ship's manifolds shall be located in the middle (mid-length) of the ship
7. Distance between centres of manifolds min 2 m
8. Distance ship's rails – manifolds : min 4.5 m. Supporting construction is used for safe connection of shore lines to ship's manifolds requiring free deck space clear of any obstacles under shore lines.
9. Oil tray width : min 1 m
10. Distance oil tray to manifolds : 0.7 – 1.3 m
11. Flanges of ship's manifolds shall be lined up horizontally, parallel to board.
12. Ship shall be able to provide 3x16'' connection to shore line (manifold type ANSI 150 lbs RF) for crude oil
13. Thickness of flanges of ship's manifolds shall be 35-40 mm
14. Distance waterline to loading arm : min 4.5 m – max 25.0 m
15. Ship shall be able to maintain average loading rate 9,000 mts/h
16. Min topping-off rate : 675 mts/h
17. The terminal uses shore gangway requiring 3x3 m free space on deck located 20 m off the last aft ship's manifold in aft direction.

8. Distance ship's rails to manifolds : min 4.5 m. Supporting construction is used for safe connection of shore lines to ship's manifolds requiring free deck space clear of any obstacles under shore lines.

3. MAX DRAFT : 13.9 M (ALONGSIDE)
4. MIN FREEBOARD : 2.5 M
5. BERTHING : STARBOARD SIDE
6. BALLAST DISCHARGE : PORT SIDE
7. LOADING RATE : AVERAGE LOADING RATE BY TWO CONNECTIONS MUST BE MIN 4,000 MTS/H
8. LOADING CONNECTION     : FORE MANIFOLD 1X16’’ THICKNESS OF FLANGE OF SHIP’S CONNECTION 36.6-39.8 MM, AFT MANIFOLD 1X12'' THICKNESS OF FLANGE OF SHIP’S CONNECTION 31.8-35 MM (ANSI 150 LBS RF).

Berth 3 (berthing starboard side) - product loaded : gasoil (2,000 ppm+10ppm), fuel oil

1. DWT 3,000 – 47,197 mts
2. LOA min 182,5 m - max 205 m, providing there is no vessel at berth 2
3. Sailing draft 10.6 m bw
4. Free board min 1.3 m
5. Ship's manifolds shall be located in the middle (mid-length) of the ship
6. Distance between centres of manifolds : min 2 m

   - for fuel oil: 150 mts/h

Berth 6 (berthing starboard side) - product loaded : gasoil, fuel oil

4. Free board : min 2.5 m
5. Ship's manifolds shall be located in the middle (mid-length) of the ship
